For any Website updates/changes/additions/improvements or any other services requested by the Customer from newline Creations, the amount of time consumed by labor will be deducted from the Customer's running total of Pre-paid Hours.
The Pre-paid Hours never expire.
The customer has the ability to review the current Pre-paid Hours credit online within their account in the My Newline customer portal (http://mynewline.com).
The minimum time subtracted from customer’s Pre-paid Hours for any requested task is 15 minutes (or 0.25 hours).
